ATLUS to Hold 30-Hour Nonstop Livestream of Persona 4 Series Music on August 28
ATLUS announced it will hold the online livestream event “Persona Sound Station Vol.3: Persona 4 Series Music 30-hour Livestream” on YouTube as part of the Persona series’ 30th anniversary celebrations (the announcement was made via a press release issued under SEGA’s name). The stream begins at 7:00 PM Japan Time on August 28 (6:00 AM Eastern Time in North America the same day), and will play Persona 4 series music continuously for 30 hours. It is a one-night-only broadcast and will not be archived afterward.

Bandai Namco Entertainment Opens Pre-Orders for Nintendo Switch 2 Version of MY HERO ACADEMIA: All’s Justice
Bandai Namco Entertainment has opened pre-orders for the digital version of MY HERO ACADEMIA: All’s Justice on Nintendo Switch 2. The game releases on September 3, 2026. The company also released an official trailer introducing the controls for first-time players. The third paid DLC will also be released on the same day, September 3. The PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and Steam versions are already available.

CODE VEIN II Expansion DLC “Mask of Idris” Releases September 9
Bandai Namco Entertainment announced that the CODE VEIN II expansion DLC “Mask of Idris” will release on September 9, 2026. It depicts an alternate story in which history is rewritten across time. To play it, certain conditions must be met, including having reached the second ending, “Luna Fraterna,” in the main game. An official video summarizing the main story was also released.

hololive’s “holo Indie” Reveals Steam Page for High-Difficulty Pogo Stick Action Game Suba Pogo
CCMC has published a Steam store page for Suba Pogo, a high-difficulty jumping action game being released as part of “holo Indie,” hololive production’s brand for games that are derivative works. The game stars Oozora Subaru of hololive, who aims to reach the summit by calculating how the pogo stick bounces. It is being developed by DanggeunOi. The game is scheduled to release on September 14, 2026, and will support Japanese, English, Indonesian, and Korean.

High Roller Penny, a Pachinko-Inspired Roguelite from Korea, Gets Steam Page
Kniv Studio, a Korean developer, announced High Roller Penny, a roguelite themed around pachinko, the Japanese gambling pastime, on August 13, and published a Steam store page for it. The game is set within the underground organization “Yami-Pachi” and is portrayed as a death game in which failing to meet a quota results in execution. Penny, a Bunny Girl, serves as the overseer who takes the protagonist into custody. A release date has not been announced.
