Capcom has released Dragon’s Dogma 2: Dark Arisen. According to AUTOMATON, the base game’s Steam concurrent player count peaked at 32,132 within 24 hours of the expansion’s launch, marking the first time it had passed 30,000 in about two and a half years. The same article says 86% of the expansion’s 316 Steam reviews are positive, and the rating shows as “Very Positive.” The expansion centers on two additions. Forsaken Dominion is a new scenario set in Norgan, an area of ice and blizzards. Lost Rites adds 12 dungeons across the base game’s areas. Defeat monsters to collect Relics, then appraise them at your base to get weapons and armor with different stats.
