G-MODE Corporation streamed a 20-minute special broadcast, G-MODE NEXT PREVIEW, starting at 8:00 PM Japan time on August 5, 2026 (4:00 AM Pacific Daylight Time the same day), announcing new information on nine titles.
Three titles were newly confirmed for publishing. The Nintendo Switch version of Demons’ Timeline, a puzzle mystery adventure built around social media, is scheduled for release sometime in 2026. The original Steam version launched on April 30, 2026, passed 10,000 downloads shortly after release, and its user reviews carry the “Overwhelmingly Positive” label. Heartreasure: Stellar Journey, a space-exploration game styled after a pop-up picture book, has been named to the BitSummit PUNCH official selection. Call into the Hollow : [ 2300 ], a sci-fi narrative adventure that combines voice input with generative AI, will see its PC (Steam) version released in 2027.
Two titles launched in Japan on August 6, 2026, Japan time. G-MODE Archives+ Kishinden STRIKE-G- is a remaster of a robot-piloting simulation RPG originally released for feature phones, in which players upgrade the humanoid weapon called “figure machine” as they fight their way through a battle royale. Its Nintendo Switch version came first, with a Steam version to follow soon. The other title is a kanji quiz game covering regional specialties and place names across Japan, packing in more than 1,000 questions.
Three titles were introduced as coming soon. The puzzle-action game Néro & Sci ∫ Integral Edition will release for PC and Nintendo Switch on August 18, 2026. The Commentator, a news-themed novel game about the manipulation of public opinion, unveiled a new logo and key visual. Satoyama Note: Spring Walk, an exploration adventure set in the Japanese countryside, is planned for spring 2027. One Song, One Life, a rhythm adventure whose story branches based on life choices, is planned for release sometime in 2026.
Two of these titles, The Commentator and One Song, One Life, plus a kanji quiz game covering regional specialties and place names across Japan, will be playable at Tokyo Game Dungeon 13, an exhibition for individual and small-scale developers, on August 8, 2026.
G-MODE Corporation is a company that plans and develops games for mobile, PC, and home consoles, and it became a consolidated subsidiary of Marvelous Inc. in April 2015. It runs a licensing business for titles from DATA EAST, known for its arcade and home console games, and it operates G-MODE Archives, a series that remasters feature phone games. It began publishing for home consoles in 2018.
