Arc System Works released a pre-order trailer on September 3, 2026, for its new RPG Qliphah in Providence’s Shadow, launching September 24. Battles are built around watching enemy attacks unfold on a timeline and countering with skills of the corresponding color — red, blue, or yellow. Director Satoshi Hirayae has explained that a casual playthrough of the story takes around 24 hours, or about 36 hours including additional content. Pre-order bonuses include six extra skins and all 16 rounds of the high-difficulty “Voidfall” battle. The game is coming to PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, and PC (via Steam and the Epic Games Store).

New bow action footage revealed for Monster Hunter Wilds: Ascendance
Capcom released new bow action footage on September 3, 2026, for Monster Hunter Wilds: Ascendance, a major expansion planned for 2027. It’s the second weapon-specific video in the series, following the Great Sword video released on September 2. The footage shows a new move performed with the new “Boost Bracer” gear. It triggers an explosion underfoot during a backward leap, and reports suggest, based on the footage, that the move may include some kind of clash mechanic. The armor worn by the hunter in the footage appears to come from the returning monster Lao-Shan Lung.

Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty Complete Edition arrives on Nintendo Switch 2; series tops 8 million players worldwide
Koei Tecmo Games released the Nintendo Switch 2 version of Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty Complete Edition, a dark Three Kingdoms action RPG developed by Team NINJA, on September 3, 2026. This complete edition includes the base game and three DLC packs, and comes with a limited-time “Xuanwu Armor” bonus available until September 30. The publisher also announced that the series has surpassed 8 million players worldwide. The sequel, Wo Long 2: Wings of Ember, is planned for release in early 2027.

Decorate! hololive Sticker Battle launches on Steam with 12 talents
On September 3, 2026, developer Preapp Partners and the label “holo Indie” released the new title Decorate! hololive Sticker Battle on Steam. It’s an auto-battler in which players can freely decorate hololive production talents with more than 150 types of stickers and form teams of up to three, with the goal of earning 15 wins. Twelve talents are featured, including Sakura Miko, Shirakami Fubuki, Usada Pekora, and Houshou Marine.

Another Eden Begins demo launches; full game arrives September 17
On September 3, 2026, WFS and Studio Prisma released a demo for the new RPG Another Eden Begins, which launches September 17. The demo covers up to Chapter 6 of the main story, and save data carries over to the full game. A final trailer was also released, showing protagonist Aldo and his companions traveling across time and space, along with battle scenes. The game is coming to PC, Nintendo Switch 2, and Nintendo Switch.
