Phoenix Cyclops Joins MARVEL Tōkon on November 2
He controls a wide area with Optic Blast beams and Phoenix flames. Land certain moves to light every Solar Shard icon, then use the matching move to transform into Dark Phoenix. While transformed, some of his moves get stronger, and he gains a fast pass-through dash. Using it, though, drains his health and cuts into his remaining Dark Phoenix time.
